Statement/Biography
"Living in The Flint Hills of Kansas, I am inspired by the subtle rolling landscape, changing light, spaciousness and simplicity. Rolling flint hills that peak towards the sky are beacons in this ocean land. Native tallgrasses, wildflowers ,layers of limestone and flint rock anchor the land that I have grown to love, while the vast sky is constantly changing. Working both two- dimensionally and three-dimensionally, I enjoy making art continuing to learn & discover.
